Jack and Zack O-Lantern

Meet Jack and Zack Jack-O-Lantern!

They are the first pumpkin monster twins that have come to live at my home. They've arrived just in time for Halloween!

They absolutely love trick-or-treating, Eating Candy, and playing under the moonlight. Jack and Zack love being twins and speaking their secret twin language. But... just because they are twins it doesn't mean that they like all the same things. I'm hoping that whomever adopts them will take special care in nurturing their individuality

Vladamir the Terrible

There is a first for everything they say. Vladamir the monster is the first monster that I've met that actually scares me. He's not nice. My other monster friends have all been sweet, funny little beings. BUT...not Vlad. He cant be trusted. His favorite pastime is torturing the wee baby monsters when I'm not looking. He will scratch them with his long finger nails and smother them with pillows. When I catch him he quickly retracts his finger nails and pretends that he is tucking the wee ones into bed. He's bad!

Vladamir is large. He measures 23" tall, 5.5" wide, and 4" thick. He is made with new and vintage fabrics (pre-washed and clean), new and vintage buttons, and new polyfil. He is machine sewn. His embellishments are hand sewn with embroidery floss.

Baby monsters....

A couple good things came out of a crappy week! 2 baby monsters! Yes, newborn baby monsters. Both girls. Baby Matilda was a custom for a friend on my block. Her daughter loves my monsters and every now and then she'll surprise her with a new one. She wanted a baby girl with a pacifier this time. I fell in love with this baby. I wish I could've kept her :(

I have been sooooo slackin on this blog. O'well, its summer and I'm a busy lady. Swimming at the local pool, swimming at the local beach, swimming at Holywood beach in Chicago, swimming at my parents. So basically, I've been swimming all summer. Oh....I'm so bored. I do have some pretty funny pictures of my sons that I want to share. My one son loves dressing up and pretending he's a "killer." I dont know if that should scare me or make me laugh. I laugh because I know he's no killer for real. But you should see the outfits he picks, then you would realize what I'm talkin about. See photo below.
